INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 325F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt.

Drizzle coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla over dry ingredients. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

Bake

Spread in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown.

Cool

Let cool completely on the pan - it will crisp up as it cools.

Serve

Store granola in airtight container. Serve 60g granola over 150g coconut yogurt with fresh berries.
