INSTRUCTIONS
Prep Ring
Use a round cookie cutter or egg ring sprayed with cooking oil. Place in a heated pan over medium heat.
Cook Eggs
Crack whole eggs into a bowl with egg whites, beat lightly. Pour into the ring to create a round patty. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 3 minutes, flip, cook 2 more minutes.
Heat Meat
While eggs cook, warm Canadian bacon in the pan.
Toast
Toast the English muffin until golden.
Assemble
Layer: bottom muffin, Canadian bacon, egg patty, cheese (let it melt from egg heat), top muffin.
