INSTRUCTIONS
Toast Muffin
Split and toast the English muffin until golden.
Cook Egg Whites
Spray a small pan or egg ring with cooking spray. Pour in egg whites, season with salt and pepper. Cook until set, flipping once to form a patty shape.
Heat Turkey
Briefly warm turkey slices in the same pan.
Assemble
