INSTRUCTIONS

Cook Oats

Combine oats, water/milk, cinnamon, and salt in a pot. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in flaxseed and chia seeds during the last minute of cooking.

Remove from heat. Stir in protein powder until fully incorporated. Add a splash more liquid if too thick.
