INSTRUCTIONS
Season Chicken
Mix ground chicken with all seasonings until well combined.
Form Patties
Divide into 4 equal portions and form into thin, round patties slightly larger than the English muffins (they'll shrink).
Cook Patties
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165F.
Cook Egg Whites
In an egg ring or small pan, cook egg whites into round patties, about 120ml each.
Assemble
Toast muffins. Stack: bottom muffin, chicken patty, cheese, egg white patty, top muffin.
